To access Hanover Township Library’s Catalog online, go to PrairieCat.
The Hanover Township Library has its collection of books, audiobooks, videos and DVDs, etc., cataloged into PrairieCat.
All Hanover Township Library patrons' accounts are online and can be accessed via PrairieCat. Enter your library card number (all 14 numbers) and your PIN (last 4 numbers of your library card number).
You may do a simple search or an Advanced Search. You may search all the libraries in the consortium or choose a specific library (use the dropdown box next to "Libraries" in the Advanced Search mode to choose a specific one).
In Advanced Search you can set any or all of the following search parameters: Keyword, Title, Subject, Author, Format (i.e., book, book on CD, DVD, large print book, etc.), Libraries, Locations, Language, and Year.
If you want to know if the Hanover Township Library has an item, go to Advanced Search. Put in your search parameters and, from the Libraries dropdown menu, choose Hanover Township Library.
If you find any item(s) on which you would like to place a hold, you can place the hold yourself by choosing "Request It" and having the item delivered to the Hanover Township Library - HNLY-13.
The librarian will place interlibrary loan holds for those patrons who do not have Internet access.
The Hanover Library can also place interlibrary loan requests in several other databases in addition to PrairieCat.
